Exchange, Returns and Refund

Refund and Exchange:

1. Customer can exchange the item within the 3 days after receiving the straps.
2. Customer can any choose any other item of same or higher value.
3. Please mention order id and your phone number on the return package.

5. New straps will be shipped after receiving the old strap.
6. We do not refund any amount.
7. No refunds for watches.
8. In case of an incorrect item delivered, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost—it’s our responsibility. Please keep the packaging intact and do not use the product. 

    

Cancellations

1. Once you order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. We initiate the refund upon cancellations. Approximately 3% of the order value will be deducted and remaining will be refunded. The time for the refund to reflect in your account might vary depending upon the payment method used. Depending upon your payment method, it will take 2-7 working days from the time of refund initiation.
