Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and Exchange:

1. You can exchange the item within the 3 days after receiving the straps.
2. You can any choose any other item of same or higher value.
3. Please mention order id and your phone number on the retun package.
4. A small exchange fee of ₹200 will be charged for pickup of old strap and sending new strap.
5. New straps will be shipped after receiving the old strap.
6. We do not refund any amount.

Cancellations

1. Once you order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. We initiate the refund immediately upon cancellations. Approximately 2% of the order value will be deducted and remaining will be refunded. The time for the refund to reflect in your account might vary depending upon the payment method used. Depending upon your payment method, it will take 2-7 working days from the time of refund initiation.
